Das Konzert zur Album-Release am 23. März in der Pfarrkirche Weißensee wird das erste offizielle Konzert mit Lottas neu formierter Band sein, in der ihr langjähriger Studiobassist Felix Buchner, der Pianist Fabrizio Tentoni, der israelische Gitarrist Adar Alfandari und der ehemalige Damien Rice- und Lisa Hannigan-Schlagzeuger Tom Osander mitwirken. Hier in eine Live Session von "Between You and I" reinhören und reinschauen! 

Lotta St Joans erster Streifzug durch ihre melancholische Folk-Welt fand 2021 in Form ihres selbst aufgenommenen Debütalbums "Hands" statt. Nun erkundet sie auf ihrem neuen Album "Song for the Undecided" einfühlsam und stimmgewaltig die Sehnsucht nach Verbundenheit und den Wunsch nach Entschlossenheit. Mit ihrem neuen Album wird Lotta St Joan zur Stimme einer Generation, die sich nicht entscheiden kann – oder will?  Musikalisch gelingt ihr mit "Song for the Undecided" eine beeindruckende Fusion von klassischem Folk und nostalgischem Pop. Joan Baez meets Angel Olsen - und doch auf ihre ganz eigene Weise.

The album launch concert at the stunning Berlin church 'Pfarrkirche Weißensee' on March 23rd will be the first official concert with Lotta's newly formed band which features her long-term studio bassist Felix Buchner, Irish multi-instrumentalist Conor Cunningham, Israeli guitarist Adar Alfandari and former Damien Rice and Lisa Hannigan drummer Tom Osander.  Listen and watch a live performance of "Between You and I" here.

Lotta St Joan’s first foray into her immersively folky world came in the form of a self-recorded debut album ‘Hands’ in 2021, but for this second album and the eleven exquisite songs it contains, she turned to the eminent Producer and former Universal Music artist Cameron James Laing, founder of Berlin’s musical treasure trove ‘The Famous Gold Watch Studios’ (part recording studio and part elaborate labyrinth of speakeasys and film locations); a place once described as “the Brill Building for Berlin” and the creative home of countless Berlin artists.
